Ford Ranger Raptor

After nearly a seven-year interval, the all new Ford Ranger pickup truck promises to be an awesome off-road-focused model. Given that most of the Ranger’s counterparts redesigned their cars to suit consumer interest in mid-size pickups, this will be a masterstroke by Ford to reignite the passions of Ford truck fans. However, it is still not clear of the engine specifications, but going by the look of it, this Ranger seems to be packing in some hard punches.

Volkswagen Jetta

Volkswagen Jetta is finally getting a well-earned makeover after many years. Although the current versions are power packed with technical brilliance, they somehow do not seem to be so in terms of interior quality, but having said that, it is all about to change with the new sedan promising a hint of style with a high beltline, a wide stance, and arching roofline and hopefully continue its practice of offering generous boot space.

Mercedes-Benz GLE-class

The German giant, Mercedes-Benz GLE-class SUV will feature a renovated grille that is wider at the bottom, a tall roofline, and wide horizontal taillights giving it just the right proportioned modifications to make it appealing. The new version will be comparatively lighter and installed with advanced infotainment, telematics, and driver-assistance systems. It will also be the first model built atop the new MHA architecture (Modular High Architecture) that should give it an added sliver lining.

Jaguar F-Pace SVR

Pace is profitable, and so are crossovers. The Jaguar F-Pace SVR is a blend of these two factors rolled into one package. Expected to be fitted with Jaguar’s supercharged 5.0-liter V-8. In addition, the F-Pace SVR gives Jaguar the deserved break to enter the high-performance compact luxury crossover competition, a class presently dominated by the Porsche Macan Turbo.

Mercedes-AMG GT

All set to compete with premium hatchbacks, the beautifully designed Mercedes AMG GT is going to be a show stealer. The four-door vehicle is not a stretched GT sports car, but falls under the sportiest E-class version, and will be mechanically close to the Mercedes-AMG E63, although with a wider track, lower body, and a distinctive roofline.  We are quite certain that there will be no four-cylinder engine choices for this model.

Chevrolet Silverado 1500

The expectations are incredibly exciting for Chevrolet enthusiasts that like to go fast with the launch of Chevrolet Slivera. The 2019 model will bring a new Silverado 1500 with new technology and aluminium body panels atop its rock solid steel frame. The new Silverado is expected to off load some weight for effectiveness. While the current model is already one of the lightest vehicles in its class, this new version will exploit a number of resources and modern technologies to trim its fat.

Ford Focus

Building on the success of previous models, the Ford Focus is expected to pack in some quality hardware along with technical features to ensure it stays in the competition. The current model is a solid car; therefore the successor is highly anticipated for something out of the ordinary to appease the buyers. Having said that, the new Focus will have to reduce weight, boost rigidness, and keep up with global crash standards. On the design front, it does not seem to go overboard with anything drastic apart from notable changes in the interiors with an electronic parking brake with an auto-hold function and possibly a fully digital gauge cluster.

Volkswagen Touareg

Although a late entrant to the SUV segment, Volkswagen introduced the Touareg in the early millennium, and now it’s come a long way fleshing out a number of crossovers into the market. The Volkswagen Touareg is expected to trade its exhausting PL52 platform for the new MLB Evo architecture. A V-6 engine is likely to be standard in the U.S. market, but we are not sure at this juncture whether it will be the 3.6-liter VR6 from the current model or any other supercharged 3.0-liter V-6 engines.

Volvo XC40

Volvo’s XC40 will maintain the stylish resurgence begun by the company’s flagship XC90, but this time with a more youthful personality to blend with its smaller size and lower price. The car will be adorned with concave front grille, Thor’s Hammer headlights, vertically oriented taillights, and retain signature elements of current Volvo designs. A large vertical screen panel adorns the interior. The turbocharged 2.0-liter inline-four Drive-E engine is likely to be the XC40’s mainstream engine selection.

Toyota Supra

The Toyota Supra is born again. This time, more swankier and superior. The top performance car for Toyota from the late 1970’s up until the late 1990’s, the Supra was powered by turbo engines that become the stuff of dreams for an entire generation. Partnering with BMW, Toyota will gain a lot from the merger mainly because BMW has the expertise to build fun-driving sports cars. It’s been a long time since Toyota fans have had the privilege to drive around a high-performance sports car, and the resurgence of Supra should just do the trick.

Jeep Grand Wagoneer

Great news to Jeep aficionados! One of the very first SUVs launched way back in 1963, the Jeep Wagoneer became an instant hit. It truly was an American luxury SUV with only competition coming in from Range Rover before being rolled out of the assembly line in 1991. Since SUVs are booming in popularity across the globe, Jeep has decided the time is right for a comeback.  Touted to retain its classic design with contemporary features, the Grand Wagoneer is one of the highly expected vehicles in the country.
