PdaNet+ FULL 4.19 APK android

PdaNet+ FULL 4.19 APK android is first mobile hotspot app that i've found that actually works great for a direct pc hotspot. Puts out strong enough internet to regularly stream and browse on your pc. However, i've personally found about every other feature on this app (foxfi, usb tether, etc) to be basically useless being that they didnt work for me.
